Attendance Policy

Please consider the time that you have chosen to be your time for each session. Level UP Music will always make it's best effort to accomodate you, but time slots are limited and on a first come, first serve basis.

• If I have to cancel a lesson - It will be made up.
• If you cancel a lesson - It will not be made up.

If adequate notice is given, Level UP Music will make it's best effort to offer an alternative time.

It is understandable that life events do happen. Level UP Music will always try it's best to accomodate all students.  Level UP Music offers an open door policy.  Please always feel comfortable to reach out!

Instrument Policy

Bringing your own instrument is recommended, but not required!

Guitar, Bass, Drums, and keyboard gear are provided.  A great option if you're interested in trying to play an instrument but unsure if you're ready to purchase one.

COVID-19 Policies

• Lessons are taken in a large room allowing lots of space for physical distancing.
• It's recommended you bring your own stringed instrument and drum sticks to your lesson. If you can't provide your own instrument, any instruments and studio equipment will be cleaned between each use.
• We continue to frequently disinfect high touch areas.
• Non-medical masks are not required, but students are allowed to wear one if they choose.
• Masks and hand sanitizer is offered on location.
• Anyone presenting cold and flu symptoms will be asked to stay home.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in advance to confirm and hold your lesson time.

Accepted methods of payment include cash, e-transfer, debit, and credit.
